Francis J. Masciocchi, Attorney at Law

Francis has been practicing law since 1982. He graduated from Temple University School of Law in May of 1982 and accepted a position as a tax attorney for Arthur Anderson where he defended various corporate clients and individuals in matters pending before the IRS.

In 1985, Francis entered private practice where he began defending clients in criminal matters and protecting their rights and interests in civil matters. He is admitted to practice in various courts including, United States District Court of New Jersey, United States Bankruptcy Court and United States Tax Court. Francis is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

He has extensive court experience in criminal matters, traffic violations, bankruptcy, tax and personal injury matters. His criminal trial expertise ranges from defending clients in theft, assault, drug distribution, and attempted homicide. No matter how serious the offence, your case will get the full attention and desire to succeed on your behalf.

In addition to practicing law, Francis has a strong reputation in his community, previously serving as Mayor of Hainesport Township as well as the president of the Hainesport Elementary School Board of Education. He was also a professor of graduate and undergraduate law studies at Rosemont College.

Bernadette T. Masciocchi, Office Manager

Bernadette has over 10 years of experience in client communications and customer service in the legal setting. She oversees the day to day office operations of our firm, managing client correspondence, coordinating and preparing documents with courts, law firms, and administrative agencies.

A former Cosmetologist, Bernadette is creative, approachable and compassionate. She takes pride in providing clients with guidance, helping them stay informed and confident throughout their legal matter.

Outside of work, Bernadette has a passion for gardening, soap making and is a mother of four children. She is also an active member of her church choir.
